Welcome to SignalBoard. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using SignalBoard, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Your Access and Use

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

2. User Content

You retain full ownership of any intellectual property submitted through the platform, including forecasts, pitch data, and startup details. By submitting content, you grant SignalBoard a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, process, and analyze that content solely to operate, improve, and personalize the Service.

3. Pricing and Subscriptions

SignalBoard offers both free and paid plans. All pricing is subject to change with advance notice. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that forecasts, assessments, or feedback will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your use. All insights are informational only and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, or investment advice. You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalBoard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the platform inappropriately. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, USA.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or in-app messaging. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
