We respect your ideas, your strategy, and your journey. SignalBoard is a space for founders to think clearly and make smarter decisions.

Your data belongs to you.

Nothing you share is public by default. Any startup information, product descriptions, or strategic details you enter stay private — visible only to you.

We will never sell or share your data without your explicit consent.

In the future, you may choose to share certain parts of your forecast (like a startup profile or investor-facing summary). But that’s your decision — not ours. Your privacy is the default.

You can delete your data at any time. While we are building in-app deletion, just email us and we’ll handle it quickly and permanently.

You can also request a copy of your data if needed.

We may use trusted third-party processors like OpenAI or Stripe to deliver services (e.g., generating insights or handling payments). These providers only receive the minimum data needed and cannot access or use your information beyond the agreed purpose.

Your data is not used to train AI models. AI is used to assist you during your session, but your information is never stored or reused to improve any external system.

If we ever want to review a session manually to improve the quality of feedback, we will only do so with your explicit, opt-in permission.

We use a third-party AI tool to help us identify business visitors to our website using publicly available business data (such as IP and organization domains). This tool is used solely to improve our outreach to potential users and does not collect sensitive or private data. You can contact us if you'd like to opt-out.
